I am a full time, certified Notary Signing Agent, specializing in loan closings. I have experience signing purchases, refinances, home equity lines of credit, seller’s packages, reverse mortgages, V.A. loans, split signings, hybrid signings, and loan modifications.  To date, with nearly twelve years of experience, I have signed approximately 4500 loans. I accept both electronic and overnight documents. My certifications include the signing agent courses through the National Notary Association, 123Notary, Notary Rotary, and others. I hold a current background screening through the National Notary Association, and I am also Fidelity approved.I meet with people in their homes, or in public places such as restaurants, coffee shops, hotel lobbies, or campgrounds. I do most of my work in the Black Hills area of South Dakota but can travel anywhere in the state of South Dakota. (travel fees apply).
