A little about me. I have worked in the Real Estate field for the past 15 years. Professionally, I am a Senior Property Manager, specializing in Tax Credit/Section 8 Multi-Family Housing. I have held a real estate license since 2005 and my license is currently active in the State of New Jersey. In 2008 I received my notary commission in the State of New Jersey and have used it in a professional capacity over the last 10 years. More importantly, as a real estate professional, I gained experience and knowledge working with contracts and loan documents alongside Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, Buyer and Sellers. | I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent with NNA, and specialize in loan documents for Refinance, Home Mortgage Purchase or Sales, REO, Home Equity Line of Credit, Reverse Mortgage, Debt Resolution, and Loan Modifications. | I am a Full Time Signing Agent. I am available from Monday – Sunday. 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m., to provide loan services in the following counties:Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, and Salem counties in New Jersey. Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, and some areas of Montgomery Counties and Bucks county for an additional fee.
