Shawn is more than just a run of the mill mobile Notary, He is a certified and well trained Loan Signing Agent. As an active member in the US Air Force Auxiliary - Civil Air Patrol, Shawn Marshall believes in the mission of helping others. Currently ,he is undergoing additional training to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. By becoming a real estate agent, Shawn can then assist helping new home buyers or sellers succeed in their mission of new home ownership. His mission in life is helping you reach success. At the moment, he brings his expertise as a Loan Signing Agent to the closing table. He can put your clients at ease, whether they are first time home buyers or seasoned investors. He has experience with all loan types, from conventional to reverse mortgage, tossing in FHA ,VA into the mix. He is one of only a handful of Notaries who has JBSA access for active duty clients. Shawn is also experienced as a rehab/foreclosure inspector for banks and insurance companies. He has experience with construction draw inspections. So whether it is an older home that needs some TLC or a Brand new home just being built. He can help you every step of the way. He also recently became commissioned by the State of TEXAS as an E-Notary for digital signings.
