Rosie Rothamer

Hello I am Rosie and I am a Notary Signing Agent (TIPIC for Maryland).  I received my TIPIC license in March of 2021 and I have completed over 500 Refi and closings.  

I am doing signings part-time, but I am pretty flexible and I a wiling to work nights and weekends.  

I am also a Realtor in Maryland and I hold current licenses in Washington DC and Northern Virginia. 

I have been in Real Estate since 2005 when I graduated college and started working for the top agent in Central Wisconsin.  I did leave real estate in 2010 to work at a Housing Authority  

Becoming a TIPIC has strengthen my real estate knowledge when it comes to lending.  I pay attention to what the people are doing and refer my real estate clients to lenders and title companies that provide excellent services.
