I am a certified loan signing agent and California Notary Public. I have been operating as a Mobile Notary for the 10+ years and as a Notary Public for the past 20+ years. I have been performing refinance, reverse, heloc, purchases mortgages in the Solano, Napa, Sonoma and the surrounding counties. I am organized and work well under pressure with out anyone noticing. My Experience: Accept loan signing assignments via e-mail, phone and text. Print and prepare documents. Review closing documents for accuracy and any special instruction pertaining to the borrowers. Provide transportation to signing locations. Always arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Describe the what questions which is brought out in the loan documents and obtain signatures. Notarized loan documents and other legal documents. E-mail or Scan back documents required by the signing companies immediately after signings completed. FedEx or UPS documents back to signing company the following day as directed. I am NNA certified Loan Signing Agent. I am the process of completing Notary Coach (Bill Soraka) Reverse Mortgage: Certified Reverse Mortgage Signing Professional. I continue to stay up with the industry educational requirement and attend most industry conferences.
