I understand the boundaries between my role and the borrower are different from the processor role and I will not cross the line. I also know an educated notary signing agent is by far, the best agent to assist the lender and the escrow officer in having peace of mind. I will walk the borrower through the closing documents, the note, the deed, PCOR and all other documents in the package briefly and efficiently. I will ensure all signatures, initials, and dates are in place and not missed. I will make sure all papers in the loan are packaged correctly and sent back with urgency.
