Paul Langer

I have over 25 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing, including having been an Assistant Vice President of a loan servicing department. In that capacity, I also was a Project Manager for development and implementation of new processes and procedures. I am very organized, diligent, detail-oriented, thorough and dependable. I pride myself on being prompt, responsive, and doing the job right and in a timely manner. I received my first commission as Notary Public in California in 1987, primarily performing in-house notarizations on Reconveyance Deeds for a small mortgage company that originated, sold, and serviced loans. I am currently an NNA Certified and Background-Screened Signing Agent and carry errors and omissions insurance. I have dissolved my signing agency, Colorado Notary & Signing Services LLC, and moved to Arizona, where I hope to continue providing exemplary service operating as an individual. I plan to concentrate on the Northwest Phoenix area.
