I understand how important it is to have the loan signed, initialed and notarized properly. How important it is that POAs and Notice of the Right to Cancels are and how to fill them out. If the loan signing agent isn't meticulous a missed signature can cause an expensive mistake for all parties involved. If I make a mistake I will go back same day as soon as possible to fix it. I will summarize the paperwork for the signer so they feel confident in understanding the oftentimes stressful process of loans.
