I understand how critical it is for you to receive your loan documents error-free and on time without any missing information, such as; dates, initials, stamps, signatures or blank pages.

I am never late to any appointments, making sure the borrower understands what they are signing by guiding them through all key documents, such as; the Note, Deed, Trust Certificate, 1033, Statement of Information, 4506, and Notice of Right to Cancel.

Prior to leaving any of my appointments I would make sure to double and triple check my paperwork for any missing details, and if any mistakes, fix them immediately.

I will scan back any of your loan docs prior to mailing the paperwork back to you via FedEx. I am aware of their drop-off/cutoff times in my area to ensure you receive the loan docs on time for next day delivery.
