I am not a point and sign notary! That’s the difference between myself and other notaries. I have the education to know what the documents are and what the borrowers are supposed to do with them. I have studied the language of loan processing. This way the documents are processed correctly every time! If, forbid, something needs corrected it will be my number one priority. I won’t beg for more money. It’s all included in my original fee. I am Loan Signing System certified, NNA certified and background screened. Bonded and insured $100,000 with National Notary Association. I will guide the signers through the documents and I won’t miss signatures, stamps or initials. I was an Air Force Staff Sargent. I have been a US Postal Service clerk for 37 years. This has given me an eye for detail with speed. I can perform this job flawlessly.
