Hello! My name is Michael and I’m a LSS certified Notary Signing Agent that has learned and applied the different loans and documents that many clients will encounter. Many documents I have experience with are Refinances, POAs, Buyers/Sellers, and Loan Modifications.

Being knowledgeable in this field, I will create trust with my clients that I am a notary who will strive to continue being error free during appointments. I understand docs are needed ASAP during the time of signings, therefore, I will put priority on mailing/scanning/handing docs ASAP to ensure funding is set!

I reside in La Puente, CA, but I'm open to business in all surrounding cities and counties in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley!
