Hello, my name is Mary Etta Minnis.  I am an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent with 8 years of experience as a Licensed Banker and Service Manager within the Banking industry.  I have over 35+ years of outstanding customer service.  I am an incredibly detailed-oriented person that will strive and achieve perfection with each and every assignment.  I have dual notary commission in Illinois and Iowa, and I will travel within the Quad Cities area of Rock Island County and Scott County and 60 miles outside surrounding smaller communities. I also have complete mobile equipment in my vehicle.   My fees vary by job requirements and travel destination.
