I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent through NNA and a Notary2Pro Elite graduate, and Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional.  Qualities I am proud of are:  Attention to details, understanding the details of loan packages through my training and experience, and I care about the confidence parties have in my ability to perform notary work successfully.  As a Certified Signing Agent, I am available to title, escrow, real estate companies and signing companies to verbally summarize loan documents to their clients by giving brief descriptions of each document and showing them where all relevant loan information is so they are well informed by the end the closing.  I also verify signers’ identities, witness their signatures, notarize all documents in the loan package, and ensure that a signing is correct and complete so that the loan will close properly. As a career paralegal I further understand the importance of compassion and confidentiality.
