I am a full time Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent with signing experience with refinance, purchase, buyer and seller packages and reverse mortgages. I have training and error free experience on the Notice of Right to Cancel form, 1003, 4506t, VA forms and other forms with commonly missed signatures and initials. I have a background in therapeutic home healthcare services where I worked for 7 years. Working in homebased care has taught me the importance of meticulous documentation and professionalism in how I approach official documents and I bring that same level of care and professionalism to loan signings and general notary work.
