In addition to having over 18 years experience as a Notary Professional in a corporate environment, Mrs. Claiborne has spent nearly two decades in Multifamily and Residential Management overseeing Contract Negotiations, Revenue Generation, Energy Efficiency, Conservation, Budgeting, Ratio Utility Billing Systems(RUBS) and personal/administrative support. With an intense desire to help others, Linda decided to study and become CERTIFIED as a Notary Loan Signing Agent(NLSA), with the National Notary Association (NNA). Seeking to create something for herself and her family; “A LEGACY” of her own to share with her loved ones while helping and assisting others in the surrounding communities to meet their legal and notarial obligations.
