Bio
I am an aspiring notary signing agent commissioned to perform both in-person and remote online notarizations. I have been in the real estate industry since 2007; first as a Realtor and now as a certified residential appraiser. Through these roles, I have gained working knowledge of various real estate documents including loan documents, deeds, contracts, etc. Additionally, I am comfortable working with vendor management systems, following assignment instructions, and keeping clients well informed.
When I started out as an appraiser back in 2019, I gained experience by taking assignments turned down by veterans due to distance and/or fee. I am more than willing to do that in the NSA space as gaining experience is a priority for me.
I am NNA Certified as well as background screened, bonded, and insured ($100k).
Customer service is my #1 priority and it is my goal to provide clients with a professional, friendly, and easy notarization service.
