I have a dual tray printer and a mobile scanner so accurately printing on the correct paper size and completing scan backs immediately after a signing is never a problem. I also frequent my local FedEx and UPS stores, so I always ship documents on time. If anything unplanned arises, I keep clear and open communication to all parties involved and affected.

I carry a $1,000,000 Biberk E&0 insurance policy for mine and your peace of mind. I perform all types of notarial work: Refinances, Seller’s Packages, Purchase Packages, Loan Modifications, Debt Consolidation Packets, Applications, Home Equity Loans, and Time Shares just to name a few.
