I have been a continuously commissioned Notary since 2005. I started doing loan signings in January of 2020, currently I have approx 400 signings with less than a 2% error rate. I am Fidelity approved and am available for signings in the Inland Empire, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. I am an experienced Notary and have done many refi's, Heloc's, Seller packages, Reverse applications and loans.
