To start with — I always consider myself new at being a signing agent because of my desire to learn in the ever evolving signing process., but for sure  I am punctual, cordial, and teachable and always learning!

 If you call me during my business hours, I will answer! If you text or email me, I will respond. I have been performing as a mobile notary 5 years and have assisted more than hundreds of clients for whom I have notarized wills, powers of attorney, contracts, deeds, affidavits. loan closings etc.

 • Printing large packages, then scanning them back to my client for review isn’t a problem. I welcome it and have invested in a fast two-drawer printer and fast document scanner.

 • Both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinance loans, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages. I would gladly submit to a telephone interview or testing. 

• I recognize that you need updates from me at certain points and, I’ll do my best to ensure you get them. I am not afraid to call you if I have a question.
