I have ten years of  experience working in the mortgage industry and regularly reviewed mortgage documents with an eye towards attention to detail.    I look forward to the opportunity to performing my notarial  duties and assisting  customers with their closing on behalf of the client.  I  follow all Virginia’s notary statutes and I am familiar with the NNA  standard code of conduct. 

As an experienced notary I have handled various appointments including  Purchases, Refinances, Loan Modification, and Loan Applications.   As it is key in any business, I often work to keep the lines of communication open between myself and the hiring company and myself  and the customer.  I will often attempt first contact soon after I receive the assignment and I will provide a screenshot proving that the package was timely dropped off.     

I service the Richmond< VA – Williamsburg Virginia area   and I am willing to travel up to 70 miles from 23124, with enough notice.  While I am available throughout the week, I do prefer early morning, late evening, and weekend closings.

While it may not be represented on here, I have completed over 400 signings working directly with a number of title companies, DHI Title, Premier Title, Old Republic Title, and First American Title, and the following companies and platforms  SigningOrder.com, Signature Closers, Snapdocs, Loan-Closers, Solidifi, Amrock, and NotaryGo and several others. 

I have also been approved to complete  remote online notarizations (RON).   I would be happy to assist your company in both traditional closing and RON closing.
