I have worked as a mobile notary since 2007. I am a NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, have a completed background report and certificate through NNA. I am proficient in the areas of  refinance, purchase, home equity, reverse mortgage applications and closings, split signings, e-sign closings, and have served subpoenas for medical/personnel records, as well as direct questions. I provide top professional service when conducting closings. I worked part-time as an Escrow Officer for a title company for 5 years closing its home equity and HELOC loans for Quicken and Chase.. I do have access to title or law offices in Conroe,  Bryan/College Station and Huntsville for conducting home equity closings. The counties I cover are Montgomery, Walker, Grimes, Liberty, San Jacinto, Trinity, Brazos, and Polk counties, and my fee is based on the mileage from my home. I carry $100'k of E&O insurance and I am Bancserv approved.
