I am very professional and I have been doing closing since 2008. I am certified by the National Notary Association and also 123 Notary certified. I have taken the NNA, CFPB and the TRID training courses. I have a current NNA background check and I my E&O insurance is $100,000.00 I have a Bachelors Degree from Concord University in West Virginia.

In addition to loan signings I do weddings, safe deposit box and Inspections ... USCG licensed Master. I am very meticulous by nature and never had any complication with over 1200 closings. I am a retired school teacher, therefore, I have plenty of time to take last minute assignments. I have two duel laser printers and three computers which includes Mac and Microsoft systems. Also, I have an ipad and iphone with printing capabilities. I am very out going and enjoy being a Public Notary.
