Hi! My name is Jennifer Flynn, and I am a Boerne, Texas-based Notary Public and Remote Online Notary duly commissioned by the State of Texas. Along with my Loan Signing Agent certification obtained via NNA, I am also certified as an "Elite" Loan Signing Agent as a graduate of the Notary2Pro training program. I actively bolster my training and education through various industry resources, including the Texas Secretary of State and Notary Stars. I am professionally bonded and maintain the highest value E&O insurance.

I am experienced in buyer/seller packages, refinances, Home Equity/HELOC transactions, reverse mortgages, estate planning/trust documents, and general notary work.

Remote online notarizations, IPEN, and traditional embossing are also included in my services.

For Texas HELOC related closings, I have two San Antonio locations and one Boerne location for my use to complete these transactions.

My mobile notary services are available to Boerne and the greater San Antonio and Texas Hill Country region, including Kendall, Bexar, Travis, Comal, Kerr, Gillespie, Blanco, Bandera, Medina, Guadalupe, Hays and Wilson Counties.

In order to provide my clients with professional and efficient transactions, I travel to each client's preferred meeting location with a dual tray printer and mobile scanner. My clients will experience reliable, accurate and friendly service for each of their valued signings.
