At Lyons Notary Services, Inc. your client is my client. I plan to serve you with the utmost respect and professionally represent you with your clients. I have over 11-years of experience paying attention to detail. I have been a Notary Public since September of 2019.

I read and follow the provided closing instructions. I have a mobile printer set up as well as a home office set up with dual tray printing. I can print, scan, and upload/download from almost anywhere. I print error-free documents. I do not make changes to documents unless otherwise instructed. I arrive early, or on time to appointments, and in the event of unforeseen circumstances, I communicate to my client and my signer(s) that I will be tardy. I guide the signer(s) through the documents at their preferred pace. No rushing the signing because I need to get to another closing. I do not hesitate to call my client and/or title/lender if the signer(s) has document questions, as I do not pretend to be the expert and I do not give legal advice. I do not make mistakes completing notarial certificates. I do not charge extra for scan backs/fax backs. I get documents out on time and often the same day. If I do make any mistakes, I do not make excuses, I accept my error and work diligently and quickly to make things right. I have completed 200 signings as of mid-January 2022 and I am currently the preferred notary for multiple signing services. To view my credentials please see below.

Certifications/Training: National Notary Association Certified, Loan Signing System Certified, and Notary 2 Notary Certified.

Loan Closing Experience: FHA/Conv./VA/ARM Refinances, Buyer/Seller packages, and Hybrid eClosings.
