My main focus is to make sure your borrower has a great signing experience.

I am a detail-oriented person who will ensure that all signatures, dates and initials are completely filled out. I'll triple check all of the loan documents but especially the key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003.

I believe that communication is very important so I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. If I do make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP. I have a portable scanner so I can scan straight from the table before I return the documents.
