Staying up to date in this industry is important, therefore, I'm receiving continuing education on a weekly basis regarding loan signings. Hiring me for your signing will ensure that the appointment will go as smoothly as possible. I review each document prior to appointments to make sure that there aren't any missing. After each signing, I triple check documents, especially 1003 and Notice of Right to Cancel to make sure signatures and dates are filled out.
