I am a notary public signing agent serving the state of New Jersey. I am certified through the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System training courses. I passed the in-depth NNA background check and hold E&O insurance of $100,000. I guide signers through mortgage documents, refinance documents (conventional, VA and FHA), reverse mortgages, buyers and sellers packages, quit claim deeds, PCORs, as well as general notary work. I am familiar with completing Patriot Act forms, guiding signers through the 1003, 4506 and W9 forms, as well as the various affidavits and acknowledgments required by the lenders, escrow and title agencies. As a representative of the title, escrow, lending and/or real estate company, I take very seriously the fact that I am one of the public "faces" of that organization and always strive to present a professional, courteous, efficient and positive persona to the signers. I know that, while I'm required to be a neutral party in the signing, I'm also expected to be an educated party to help guide the signers through the process smoothly and successfully.
