I am a Notary with nearly 20 years of experience in Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga counties of Pennsylvania.  I own and operate Bradco Notary with my husband and we offer remote and mobile notary services to rural Pennsylvania and around the country (online).  I have completed my NNA Certification as a Loan Signing Agent, and also do PennDOT Title and Tag work.  I have completed loan signings, refis, helocs, reverse mortgages and debt settlement.  Being able to offer remote online notary services has been a game changer in the digital age.  I find that clients love being able to sign documents in the comfort of their own home whether it's online or in person.  I have worked with 100's of clients over the years to execute all types of documents.
