Your convenience is my greatest priority. To ensure my Loan Signing customer’s convenience: * I will NOT give legal advice. * I will print documents single-sided unless otherwise requested. * I will arrive to appointments on time. * I will contact the signer(s) should I be running late. * I will allow signer(s) to sign documents without feeling pressured or rushed. * I will call the title company, lender or whomever is necessary if either the signer(s) or I have questions. * I will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents. * I will notarize documents in front of my signer(s). * I will perform two (2) quality checks prior to leaving the signer(s) location to ensure accuracy. * I will provide signer(s) with a copy of the documents. * I will provide scan-backs when requested. * I will drop documents on-time for next day delivery for all closings completed by 4pm unless otherwise advised. * In the event of an error, I will do what is necessary to correct the error at no additional fee. I have taken Signing Agent training with NNA as well as the Notary Basics training. I have also completed RON training and can perform notarizations on more than one platform. I cover Denton County, Collin County, Northern Tarrant County with cities including Grapevine, Coppell, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Plano, The Colony, Frisco, Little Elm, Addison, McKinney, Allen, and surrounding areas. My best hours are when my client needs me - my hours are flexible to meet client needs. I also work on holidays when needed. I am a member of the NNA with a $25k EO with Huckaby and in addition a $1m EO with Biberk.
