I have been a licensed Colorado Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent since 2016. I participate in several online notary education sites each year. I am experienced with numerous out-of-state attorney closings and standard signing packages, e.g., Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and New York. On average, I close approximately sixty mortgage signings per year. I have an active general notary business in addition to my signing agent assignments. I count many title companies, law firms, and national signing services throughout the U.S. as repeat clients. I retired from the mortgage business in 2012 after 20 years originating both residential and commercial mortgages. My attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the various regulations and documents governing loan closings allow me to execute loan signing assignments without error. I carefully review each package before the appointment, particularly the signing agent instructions received from the client.
