Eileen Velez

 I'm Eileen, a former Mortgage Underwriter from Central New Jersey with a passion for helping individuals achieve their homeownership goals.  I am a notary with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I have transitioned from Mortgage Underwriter to Loan Signing Agent and with this I bring exceptional organization skills, a superb sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail. My extensive mortgage background supports my knowledge and understanding of the loan process and disclosures. I am committed to staying updated on the laws and best practices. 

 I have gained knowledge of the signing process through the NNA and many diverse programs, which include trainings by LSS, NNA, Notary Nerds and Coast 2 Coast, just to name a few. With a handful of signings under my belt, I'm eager to leverage my skills in loan signing to contribute to the continued success and uphold the high standards that signing services and title companies are known for. 

My home office is equipped with all the essentials including a laser jet printer, copier and scanner. I am available full time and cover all counties in Central NJ. I am also available to work outside of normal business hours.
