I’m brand new to the notary profession however, I do have an extensive background in real estate.  I’m looking to start notarizing in 2023 as a side hustle, with plans to move to full time by the fall.

My coverage area includes Williamson, Travis, Hays, Burnet, Blanco, Bastrop, Milam and Caldwell counties.  I am available weekdays from 5:30pm-11pm and until 11pm during the weekend.

My work in real estate has always been specialized.  Working as the funder/closer for USAM I Fund, I closed nearly 500 investment real estate loans totaling over $100 million from 2020-2023.  My scope of work also includes servicing the loans, collecting payment, issuing payoff letters and rehab draw requests.  So not only am I familiar with loan documents, I work with our attorneys to create these packages and reviewed the signed copies to give final approval for the title company to fund the loan.

For 10 years prior, I worked for Chronos Solutions and Matt Martin Real Estate Management.  These were the Asset Managment companies for multiple regions in the United States, under the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Our job was to take FHA properties that had been foreclosed on and put them back on the market for sale.  My focus was on appraisal review, contract extensions and cancellations during my time there.
