My training through the LSS has provided me with an in-depth knowledge on how to explain loan documents to facilitate client’s ability to correctly complete and understand all loan forms. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance therefore, I take pride in being meticulous, precise, and prompt when handling documents. I triple check the document packet paying specific attention to key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, the PCOR, and the 1003 to ensure these are completed accurately. Upon completion of my quality review, documents are promptly returned to prevent delays in meeting deadlines. The unlikely event of a mistake or an omission is given the highest priority and will be resolved expeditiously.
