I have enjoyed over 35 years in mortgage banking industry primarily as an Underwriter, but have also processed loans and had a brief stint as a loan officer. I understand the importance changing policies and procedures, accuracy and customer service. I love meeting new people and being a Mobile Notary Signing Agent is a great career for my semi retirement. The work keeps me involved and clients are so grateful that I come to them. I am proficient with brief explanations of documents for the following type of loan packages: buyer, seller, reverse mortgages, standard FNMA refinances, FHA and VA purchases and refinances. I have also done a few Deeds in Lieu for Timeshares. I look forward to learning more.
