I strive to complete all assignments professionally, and connect with the signer(s) in a way that is friendly and warm.  I facilitate this approach client to client as some are more receptive than others to engage.

I am a State of Oregon Notary Public, a certified member with the National Notary Association (NNA) and a certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) with over 38 years of notary experience in financial services, 40 years of banking and 20 years of lending activities, Commercial and Consumer Loan related, along with some Secondary Market Lending exposure. 

I have over 40 years of banking experience with 10 years Internal Audit experience in banking.  I managed a small rural community bank branch for 5 years with West Coast Bank, now known as Columbia Bank, where I received promotion to Assistant Vice President in my five years as Branch Manager.  I also have 20 years in Consumer and Commercial Lending and credit analysis.

I am always on time, focused, detail oriented, professional, maintain privacy/confidentiality at all times, and I am personable, easy to connect with.  I am a consummate professional and perfectionist that is experienced at closing all types of loans, Reverse Mortgages and Buyer/Seller real estate packages. 

I have $50,000 of "E and O" insurance.  I passed the Background Screening with an excellent rating.  I am squeaky clean, as I do not drink, do not do drugs of any kind, nor do I gamble.

I offer mobile notary services to Roseburg and South to Brookings for a fair travel fee ($250) and on the Oregon Coast, as far north as Lincoln City and as far south as Bandon.  I will also travel to the Willamette Valley as far east as Eugene/Springfield, Corvallis, Monroe, Veneta and Cottage Grove.  

Please provide a minimum of 4 hours for the receipt of documents and ideally a 24 hour receipt of documents.  I may and can accept shorter turn arounds, however I will likely ask for a bump of the fee when there may be  additional cost(s) that  include travel time and mileage.  Most assignments that are $200 are satisfactory, further travel shall be negotiated at a higher fee. 

Personal Fun Facts:  I live a simple peaceful life on 10 acres of River Property, among apple, pear, cherry, and plum trees.  I spend my spare time walking our white knight yellow Labrador Retriever, Stu, who turned 7 years old on February 4, 2021.  I advocate for and assist my disabled ARMY Veteran, since end of 1991 and I also spend time with my aging father, Forrest.  I have the best of both worlds.
