The loan process can be confusing and intimidating for borrowers.  My goal is to partner with title and escrow companies to ensure clients are comfortable with the process, and that documents are accurately signed and promptly returned. Over the past four years, I have successfully closed more than 2,000 transactions,  supporting title companies with refinances, purchases, sales, loan modifications, construction loans, commercial loans, and reverse mortgages.  I am familiar with FHA and VA loans and also have experience with general notary work, I9s, etc. 

I am NNA and Notary2Pro certified. I carry $1 million in E&O and am Fidelity approved. 

My primary service area is the Snoqualmie Valley of Washington state (Snoqualmie, North Bend, Preston, Fall City) and the rest of the Seattle Eastside, including Issaquah, Bellevue and Mercer Island. I travel outside this area, including Kittitas County, for an additional fee.  I do charge a $25 fee to return docs in person rather than FedEx if the return is not disclosed in the original offer, or to provide scanbacks if not requested in the original offer.
