I have been a Notary Public in and for the State of Oregon since 1980. I have 15.5 years experience working for USDA Rural Development giving me great experience in the government loan programs. I was a stock broker for Edward Jones which gives me special experience to assist buyers with investment purchases. I am a real estate broker with 18 years experience, and I am now a principal broker and owner of High Country Real Estate. These occupations give me superior knowledge to apply as a notary for all types of loan closing packages. I live in a very rural area in the south central region of Oregon and to the best of my knowledge, I am the only mobile notary available for nearly 100 miles. I am available for signings evenings and weekends when necessary, however, I prefer to sign loan documents during normal business hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
