Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I am a NNA certified Loan Signing Agent and mobile notary for the state of Delaware. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. I have a more than 20 years of administrative, quality systems, and project management experience which lends to strong skills in organization, process management, first time quality, and superior customer care. I am a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previously I held commission as a real estate agent in Delaware. With that I have a strong understanding of real estate related documents and the attention to detail required to said documents inclusive of but not limited to: mortgage refinances, general closings, reverse mortgages, home equality lines of credit (HELOCs), and more. My experience as a real estate agent also provided me with the necessary soft skills necessary in dealing with clients who are for the first time going through many aspect of the home buying, owning, or selling process. That in mind, I am fully aware that good communication skills, and knowledge of the documentation are vital.
