I am a full time Mobile notary with 15 years of varied experience. I can do refinances, helocs, buyer and seller pkgs, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, auto loans and single documents. I have a pleasant personality and have been told that I have an extreme attention to detail. I am also Pavaso-certified and can facilitate e-closings, hybrid closings and RON closings in the state of Colorado. My background includes working for a mortgage company in the escrow department, the appraisal department, and working for the Resolution Trust Corporation dissolving Savings and Loans and servicing the mortgage loans taken over by the RTC. I was also an IT Manager for 4 years. I am married to my best friend, and have 6 grown children and 10 grand children so far. Two of my daughters are also notaries, as well as my husband, so it definitely runs in our family. When I am not running around doing closings, I enjoy riding my motorcycle thru the mountains, admiring Gods great beauty, or perhaps camping in my 5th wheel (my idea of camping, lol) with my grandchildren.
