I have been a notary for over 10 years I have access to a high-speed printer scanner, which means I can download and send documents very fast. I work with many different Title companies in Florida as well as many signing companies in the country. I used to work in Title industry and am very aware of the closing docs as well as how to facilitate a success closing. I always take my time to review all closing docs, and to confirm with all signers regarding date, time, and place, and to make sure they have all their proper IDs and document need for their closing. I'm very friendly and outgoing, and I work very hard and will make sure all paperwork is complete and done correctly, if not I will make sure to get anything corrected to get file closed properly. I'm willing to work with any lender and will follow all their instruction as required. I live in Pinellas County Florida, but I will travel to Hillsborough and Pasco counties. At present I am also a licensed realtor, so I am very aware of the importance of timely closing. I have always acted professionally and will represent you signing company to the best of my ability.
