• Borrower (s) given a printed copy ( not double sided, or emailed)
• Scan of docs provided when requested 
• Administration of Oath
• ONLY borrower sign the NOTE
• Notary Journal used to recored signers
• Notarizations performed in-person
• Respect for signer’s culture 
• Fill out and sign the Patriot ACT
• All docs shipped on time

The best part about working with me that I am fully open to performing closing outside of the traditional working hours and one weekends. Additionally, I have no issues with meeting the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church).
