I understand the importance of not causing funding conditions, getting the documents shipped back to title asap, making sure to triple check my work so no signatures/initials/dates are missing, and I am always super communicative: especially if the borrower seems to have any issues with the documents. I have also been trained in how to properly fill out a PCOR form.

I am available around the clock; 24/7.

Of course I will always aim to be as efficient as I can possibly be and aim for error free closings, but in the event that I do make any errors, I will drop what I am doing and fix it immediately.
