I have been a notary for well over 20 years.  I have also been a loan signing agent since the start of 2024.  With over 25 loan signing under my belt I look forward to crossing the 1,000 loan signing mark.  I have experience in the following areas: refinances, buyer packages, seller docs, helocs, construction loans, vehicle purchases,  and debt settlements. I look forward to working with you on your next loan signing.  

What you can expect from me:

I am timely, friendly, and professional.  I am always communicating with my signers and agents as well giving them updates on my whereabouts and timing updates.  If there is one thing that I do not take for granted is double checking my work at the signing table.  For no other reasons, but I would hate to have to stop my day and go back and annoy the signer for sloppy work.
