I am a commissioned Notary Public and a certified Signing Agent. I received my commission from the State of California and Loan Signing certification in January 2022. I am fully bonded and have E & O insurance for an active practicing Loan Signing Agent.  I am a mobile Notary Public in the metropolitan Los Angeles area and nearby counties. Servicing these areas has given me an abundance of notarizations and loan signing opportunities. I can rightfully state that these opportunities have given me chances to execute basic document notarizations as well as very important documentation needed in critical situations. I am very grateful that I have learned and gained a wealth of experience in such a short amount of time. I have served as the signing agent for Reverse, Refinance, Purchases, Modifications, HELOC as well as Grant Deed Transfer signings. I can only expect that I will continue to learn more and gain more experience as I continue my practice as a mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent.
