Hi, my name is Cheree Clemons, and I am the owner/operator of Signing with C`s Mobile Notary Service. Professionally, I have worked in the banking industry for several years as a lead teller. During my tenure, I worked closely with the bankers and learned a lot about loan applications, contracts, and the mortgage process. Working in the banking industry exposed me to the consumer side of the transaction, and a better understanding of the mortgage process. After leaving the banking industry, I found a passion for real estate. For the last ten years, I have worked in property management as a Regional Manager. I received firsthand experience in assisting owners, tenants, and investors on various contracts in real estate. With my background in banking and the real estate industry. Becoming a signing agent was a significant step forward towards learning a new skill and applying my years of experience in real estate and banking. I understand the process and the importance of each document. I am up to date on the rules, laws, and regulations. I am NNA certified, and enjoy meeting new people daily.
