I’ve completed over 350 loan signings including refinanced, buyer, seller, HELOC, reverse and home equity loans. I am Notary2Pro and NNA certified signing agent, criminal background screened and have E&O 

insurance. I am punctual, cordial, teachable and have excellent customer service skills, time

•     I completed my training and certification through Notary2Pro, which included TRID 

Training, Beyond the Basic and Reserve Mortgages

•     National Signing Agent (NSA) certified through National Notary Association (NNA)

•     Printing Large Packages, then scanning them back to my client for review is not a 

problem. I welcome it and have invested in a fast two drawer printer and scanner.

•     Both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinance loans, home 

equity loans and reserve mortgages.

•     I recognize that you need updates from me at certain points and I’ll do my best to 

ensure you get them. I'm not afraid to call you and ask questions.

In addition to my training and certification, I have experience as a realtor and at Freddie Mac so 

I am familiar with loan documents. I also have experience as project manager, providing excellent 

customer service, time management and attention to detail. My priority is ensuring your success!
