I have been a notary for over 20+ years encompassing the commercial and residential real estate industries. My notary skills over the past 20 years have included creating LLC’s, statement of consent, powers of attorney, wills, 401K loan documents, as well as hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transaction documents. Having been a real estate executive assistant for nationally known residential and commercial corporations for over 25 years; I have handled thousands of transactions nationally while being based in Illinois, Virginia and North Carolina. My current certification is in the State of North Carolina as a notary and legal singing agent offering services to Wake, Hartnett, Johnson, Durham, Orange Counties as well as the coastal counties of Pender, Onslow and New Hanover. I am NNA Certified, Background checked and E&O insurance bonded. I pride myself in my professionalism, organization and multi-tasking under pressure. I understand the high importance on correct information, as well as the importance of timing on a loan closing. All documents will be handled with the utmost care, discretion, as well as the understanding that a quick turn around is of the highest importance. I adhere to the laws and rules of the State of North Carolina. My duty is to verify the identity of the signer on a signing and administer oaths.
