I am a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent with over 10 years of experience as a Notary Public in New York State. I previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator and in house signing agent for 8 years. This position allowed me to become familiar with buyer and seller mortgage packages, partial claims, subordination, modifications, and DILs. I also have experience in a private law firm handling family and estate planning documents. I am personable, professional, and pay attention to detail. I am a fully mobile notary that has wifi, printing, and scanning in my vehicle to aid in the closing process. Whether it is last minute closings or document revisions I can handle it in a few minutes.
