Prior to each signing, it is standard practice for me to review each document for legibility to ensure that no pages are cutoff or missing, During and after each signing, I review each document for completeness and accuracy, I ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out; critical documents requiring notarization and key documents such as the 1003 and Notice of Right to Cancel are triple checked for accuracy. Documents are always returned on time and handled according to instructions provided including printing documents on paper sizes as required. If a rare mistake is made, I will take accountability, adjust my calendar if necessary and fix the issue as soon as possible. I hold certification as a Certified Administrative Professional. As the former assistant to the dean and several other senior management team members over the past 19 years, I am accustomed to document review and handling sensitive materials.
