I am NNA certified, Loan Signing System certified, bonded, commissioned, and E&O insured for $100,000. I live in the Sachse Texas area and think I could really bring value to your company and represent your brand well with the clients.

I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a cost to reschedule, and maybe even a few days delay in closing.

I am fully trained in purchase packages, seller’s agreements, HELOCs, refinances, etc. I have a long list of successful notarizations and am great with clients. I work to coordinate the best times for the customer's signings and by contracting out your signings with me, you’ll be able to focus on your more pressing duties, get more done, and scale the business to accommodate this booming market.
